Trip Reservation Policy:

Please fill out the online payment deposit form with all the relevant information in order to reserve the trip. The clientele’s whole names as they appear on their passports are included in this information. The clients must submit the completed and signed form to One Nation Travel in order for us to proceed with the trip booking and charge their credit or debit card. This form must be properly and legibly filled out by the clients and signify their acceptance to our company regulations.

Reservations and tour confirmation are only possible with a 30% deposit of the entire tour cost. Upon arrival in Istanbul, the remaining amount of the tour ticket may be paid in cash. To settle the outstanding amount, you can also use a debit or credit card. Clients will be required to pay an additional 4% bank processing fee on the outstanding balance, though. Tickets for domestic flights or buses, if applicable, will only be bought following the receipt of a deposit covering the entire tour cost.

Please be aware that certain tours may demand full payment at the time of booking, which can be done with a credit card, in accordance with the specified itinerary.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All payments will be refunded, less the cost of any domestic airfare and/or bus tickets, if the tour is canceled three or more business days before it begins. Tickets for domestic flights and/or buses will not be reimbursed once a deposit, full payment form, or online tour booking has been completed and received by Onenationtravel.com.
The entire money paid, less the cost of the domestic airline and/or bus tickets and the first night’s hotel stay, will be refunded if the tour is canceled within three business days of the trip’s start. The first night’s hotel stay, the cost of the domestic flight and/or bus tickets, and their costs will not be reimbursed. Onenationtravel.com will not reimburse customers for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of any tour.

Fee of Administration:

10% of each person’s total tour package price will be levied as a non-refundable administration fee for ALL cancellations. This small fee, which is imposed to all processed cancellations regardless of the trip start date, is to defray the reservation administration costs.

Important Point:

  • It is important to note that the cancellation/refund policy charges mentioned in the previous section apply in addition to the administration fee.
  • Special Notes: Please carry any valuables with you at all times to safeguard your personal belongings. Kindly refrain from leaving any expensive belongings at the hotel, restaurant, attraction, or transportation. Any theft or loss at any place is not the responsibility of One Nation Travel, local operators, drivers, or tour guides.
  • A shared shuttle service for airport transfers will be offered to other passengers. In pick-up and drop-off transfers, this implies that you could occasionally have to wait for additional passengers before leaving.
  • The entire party will be brought to a store to browse and, if desired, shop if the agenda calls for a shopping stop. In the event that you choose not to shop, you will still have to wait for other group members who might be making a purchase and are interested in shopping. It is not at all required to make a purchase at these retail locations. If you would like to make a purchase or do not want to enter the shop, you can also wait outside the shop or stay inside the bus during this stop. Kindly make payment for your reservation using a credit or debit card of your own.
It is required that a minimum of one passenger possesses a credit or debit card.
Please ask the credit card or debit card holder to email an authorization letter and ID card to topicthrills. online as soon as they have made their payment if you want someone else who isn’t on the trip to pay for you.
